A clarification regarding the correct and authorized version of the Dhanvantari mantra to be chanted by all devotees.

We want to clarify to everyone that, there was a misunderstanding about two different version of Dhanvantari mantra.
We just would like to say that the following is the mantra - is the correct version that we request devotees to chant:
