Advanced Study of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam
This course is designed to provide in-depth teachings and insights into the philosophy and practices of the Bhakti tradition, particularly as taught by Srila Prabhupada. The course aims to guide individuals on a systematic journey of understanding and experiencing the principles of devotion to Lord Krishna.
Course Structure
When you have completed the Bhakti-śāstrī Course, you can enroll in the Bhakti Vaibhava Course, which is a concentrated study of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam Cantos 1 to 6. The course is presented over two separate semesters or modules:
Module 1
Concentrated study of Cantos 1 to 3 of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam.
Module 2
Concentrated study of Cantos 4 to 6 of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam.
Prerequisites
- Bhakti Sastri Degree: Submission of detailed Bhakti Sastri marksheet and attendance records is required.
- Daily Sadhana: Devotees must chant 16 rounds of Japa daily and strictly follow the four regulative principles.
- Recommendation: Must be recommended by an ISKCON Temple President, Bhakti Vriksha Leaders, or counselors.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
